Terms of Service

Copyright: Copyright is reserved for the author's promotional use. The extent of rights transferred to the client will be reviewed depending on the client's intent.Client Terms, Conditions, and Privileges:Minor Changes: You are entitled to make up to 3 minor changes during the intermediate and final stages of the illustration. Minor changes refer to adjustments in colors, adding small elements like accessories, etc.
Creative Freedom: I reserve some creative freedom to experiment with the pose, while always respecting your wishes as a client as much as possible.
Process and Delivery Time: You will be kept informed of the process at all times. The maximum delivery time is one week or earlier, depending on my study and work schedule.
Major Changes: After the sketch phase, no major changes can be made. You are entitled to up to 5 simple sketches (very basic) to define poses and expressions. This also applies to sketches if the changes are very drastic.
Payment: Nothing will begin until half of the commission is paid, with a small additional fee to cover PayPal taxes ($2 USD additional for half of the payment). These do not apply if you choose to pay the full amount at once.
Cancellations and Refunds: If fewer than 2 sketches have been delivered and you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a 75% or more refund of your money, depending on the losses incurred by PayPal.
Additional Terms:Usage Rights: The client has limited personal use rights for the work. For commercial use, additional terms must be discussed and agreed upon.
Confidentiality: Any information shared during the commission process will be treated with confidentiality.
